Data controller

Loanny Beauty Services SRL (BCE 0718.821.369), Avenue de Tervueren 46, 1040 Etterbeek, Belgium. Any question about your data goes to info@loannybeauty.be, the single point of contact on the subject.

Data collected

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message. The site keeps no copy, your message reaches us by email.
• Korean treatments preview: your email address alone, with the site language at the time of signing up and the date of it.
• Shop order: first and last name, email, phone, how you receive the order, delivery address where relevant, item details and amounts. This data is kept in the database to fulfil the order and to keep the accounts.
• Appointment booking: handled by Treatwell on its own site or in its widget, under its own privacy policy. The widget only loads once you have accepted at the consent banner.
• Security: IP address when the contact form is sent, to limit automated sending, and the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-robot check.

No payment data passes through this site: the card or bank account is entered at Mollie, our payment provider.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering a contact request: pre-contractual steps, or legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes to us.
• Processing and delivering an order, handling a withdrawal or a warranty claim: performance of the contract.
• Keeping accounting records: legal obligation.
• Announcing the opening of the Korean treatments: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Limiting spam and abuse: legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Recipients and processors

• Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting, database, image storage and email sending. Data is stored on European infrastructure.
• Mollie B.V. (Netherlands): payment processing. Receives the amount, the order reference and the banking details you enter there.
• Treatwell: appointment booking, through its widget once you have accepted it, or on its site.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.

Retention periods

• Contact form messages: deleted from the mailbox 12 months after the last exchange.
• Korean preview addresses: until the opening is announced, then deleted at the latest 3 months after, and in any event on 31 March 2027 even if the opening is postponed.
• Orders: 10 years from the end of the accounting year, the legal retention period for supporting documents in Belgium.

Leaving the preview list

Every preview email carries an unsubscribe link. One click, one confirmation, and the address is removed with no trace of the signup left. You may also write to info@loannybeauty.be. No reason is asked for.

Result photographs

The before and after photographs published on treatment pages go online only with the written agreement of the person concerned. That agreement can be withdrawn at any time, by simply asking at info@loannybeauty.be, and the photograph is taken off the site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. These rights are exercised at info@loannybeauty.be.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels: autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
