Targeted massages
The treatment in detail
The back massage comes in thirty minutes (59 €), forty-five (75 €) or sixty (95 €). Thirty minutes cover the trapezius and upper back; the long version goes down to the lower back and takes the time to work knots out.
The leg massage runs thirty (59 €) or forty-five minutes (79 €), from ankles to thighs, for legs that weigh after a day on your feet.
The scalp massage (59 €, thirty minutes) works the scalp, the neck and the temples. It is the one taken by people who clench their jaw or spend the day in front of a screen.
The pregnancy massage (65 €, forty-five minutes) is given lying on the side, with cushions, over the back, legs and neck. The stomach and the deep lower back are not worked. It is not given in the first trimester and needs medical advice if the pregnancy is closely monitored.
Digi Esthétique plantar work (75 €, thirty minutes) works the sole of the foot with thumb pressure, point by point. The foot carries the whole day: it is an area that gives a lot back for half an hour.
You can expect…
The worked area released, and often a range of movement recovered in the neck or shoulders.
The effect holds two to four days. Tension settled over months takes several close-spaced sessions.
Frequently asked questions
Is thirty minutes enough for a back?
For the trapezius and upper back, yes. If the lower back is caught too, forty-five or sixty minutes is better.
From which month for the pregnancy massage?
After the first trimester. A closely monitored pregnancy needs medical advice before the session.
Does the scalp massage ruin my hair?
It is given on dry hair with no oil on the scalp, but the style does not come out intact.

- First-trimester pregnancy, or high-risk pregnancy without medical advice
