The treatment in detail
Men's skin is thicker and oilier, and shaving irritates it several times a week. Pores clog faster and hairs grow back in. The protocol starts from there.
Fifty minutes: energising cleanser, exfoliation, steam, comedone extraction, an energy serum, an energy mask, a hydrating fluid, then a day or night youth cream.
The step that matters most is the extraction. It empties the pores that shaving keeps sealing, and it is what changes the texture of the skin from one session to the next.
No make-up at the end of the session, no lingering scent. The treatment is taken in the morning and worn to the office.

Can I come straight after shaving?
Better not. Freshly shaved skin is irritated: shaving the evening before, or the same morning but two hours ahead, goes better.
Does it treat ingrown hairs?
It helps, through exfoliation and extraction. For recurring ingrown hairs, laser hair removal deals with the cause.
Do I leave with something on my skin?
A cream, nothing visible or scented. The treatment can be taken in the morning without it showing afterwards.
How is it different from the essential facial?
The principle is the same. The products change: energising cleanser and energy serum, lighter textures suited to thicker skin.
Contraindications
- Cut, shaving nick or recent sunburn
- Active cold sore outbreak
- Folliculitis or infection on the area
- Peel or aesthetic procedure less than fifteen days old
