The treatment in detail
The device, a Skin Scrubber Ion+, applies a metal spatula vibrating at ultrasonic frequency. The vibration lifts dead cells and empties pores without abrasion: no hand rubs the skin, nothing irritates it.
The session runs three functions. Ultrasonic exfoliation first. Ionic infusion next, driving in vitamins, peptides and hyaluronic acid. Microcurrents last, for a surface tightening effect.
The protocol treats face, neck and décolleté. It targets rough skin, blackheads and enlarged pores, and it suits skin that does not tolerate a mechanical scrub.
Nothing to plan afterwards: the skin is clear on the way out, and the treatment can be taken in the morning.

Frequently asked questions
How is it different from a classic scrub?
A scrub abrades the surface, the ultrasonic spatula makes it vibrate. On reactive skin the difference is felt straight away.
Does it extract blackheads?
It lifts a good many. On old, embedded comedones a manual extraction stays more effective: the skin analysis will say.
Why microcurrents at the end?
They give a surface tightening effect that lasts a few days. It is a contraindication with a pacemaker or during pregnancy: the therapist then skips that phase.
How long does the result last?
Two to three weeks on normal skin, less on skin that produces a lot of sebum.
Contraindications
- Recent cut, wound or sunburn on the area
- Active inflammatory acne or rosacea flare-up
- Pacemaker or metal implant in the area, for the microcurrent phase
- Pregnancy, for the microcurrent phase
- Active cold sore outbreak
